Environmental Policy

This course examines how data and algorithms increasingly shape environmental governance across the policy cycle. Students learn quantitative approaches for working with diverse real-world data, assess the environmental and social impacts of digital systems, and critically evaluate when data-driven approaches support, or hinder, sustainable, equitable decision-making.
